Photoshop, Pixels and Prizes, Oh my!

Our presentation at Adobe to about 175 artist members of SAPUG was a big success.
I truly enjoyed sharing my approach to Photoshop artistry using some of my most popular works as examples. A focus on my creative process and techniques filled out our two-hour meeting. It’s always a pleasure to meet fellow creatives eager to learn and push their abilities. We also raffled away some OnOne Software packs to some lucky members, and we’ll certainly do an evening devoted to great plugins in the future.

My thanks to Adobe, Howard Hefflin, Liz Martini and John Cornicello of SAPUG, Joe Ellabar and Colin Flemming.

Here’s what attendees are saying about the evening

“I’ve been using Photoshop for more than ten years, and David really helped me unlock some powerful tools that I had not yet discovered. Very informative and well presented! I couldn’t wait to get home and start using what I learned. I look forward to his next presentation. Thank you for providing this much needed educational resource!” — A. Bourne

One if the best meetings I’ve been too. Thank you David for sharing your tricks and explaining how to create the great work you do. — B. Ranck

The session progressed with a cozy casual tone yet was focused on the subject and very informative. Dave did a grand job displaying his composting technique and he showcased various Photoshop tools and what they do really well. Thanks!  —S. W.  Hartson
